Privacy Policy

This site is an independent comparison guide covering boat, catamaran, snorkel and island tours around St Barthelemy. We do not operate tours, take bookings directly, or handle your payment details. When you choose a tour, such as a group sail to Colombier Beach or a private charter from St Martin, the booking itself happens on the live listing page for that trip./p>

What Data This Site Collects

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information such as names, emails or phone numbers. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data in server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This information is used only to keep the site working, diagnose problems and understand which tour pages visitors read most.

Links Out To Tour Bookings

Every tour link on this site, from the Full-Day St Barth Private Charter to the overnight catamaran trips, points to an external booking platform we do not control. Once you leave this site, that platform's own privacy policy applies to any details you enter there, including payment and contact information. We suggest reading it before you book, since terms differ between operators and listings.

Hosting And Server Records

Every page view on this site passes through a hosting provider, whose servers keep standard log entries: IP address, browser type, referring page, and a timestamp. Nothing unusual there. The logs exist to catch broken links, spam bursts, and other technical faults. They are not tied to your name, not sold, and not used to profile you.

Your Choices About Data

You can browse this site without sharing any personal details, and you can clear cookies through your browser settings at any time. If you have questions about how your information is handled after you click through to a tour listing, contact the booking platform or the operator directly, since they process your booking. For anything about this site itself, you are welcome to reach out and we will answer promptly.
